As a graduate of Central Micigan University in Education and Journalism, I appreciate the value of teaching and the power of Knowledge as the key to any career we pursue ! Of course, that little thing of " Enjoying" your pursuit is at the heart of it all.....So years ago while raising a family and being transferred from state to state as my husbands business grew, buying and selling quickly became a part of my life. Simplify and purge helped in the survival of a happy transaction ! Whether the market is up or down, high or low inventory, there are always challenges to get through some of the messy stressful times. Being prepared helps to assure you make sound economic decisions and not get caught up in the excitement or panic of the moment !
